Welcome to the website of the “On the Language of Being” Institute (hereinafter: “the Website”).
The Website supports the cultivation of an environment for research and learning for the “seeker of revelation”, in the spirit of the philosopher Eugene Gendlin, the father of the theory of Focusing, and offers, (among other things) courses, enrichment sessions and study materials such as recordings, instructional booklets and books in digital or hard copy format (hereinafter: “the Courses”).

General
The provisions of these regulations apply equally to both sexes, and the use of the masculine form is for convenience only.
The provisions of these regulations and the terms of use appearing on the site define the legal relationship between the customer and the site management, the terms of use of the site and/or
the ordering of courses through the site and indicate the customer’s consent to these terms and additional terms appearing on the site.
The site management may at any time, at its sole discretion, update these regulations.
These terms apply to the use of the site and the services included therein using any computer or other communication device (such as a cell phone, tablets of various kinds). etc.) Also
They apply to the use of the site, whether via the Internet or via any other network or means of communication.
Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the “Consumer Protection Law”) and the regulations enacted pursuant thereto, to the extent that they apply to the site (hereinafter: the “Provisions”), except in cases where it is possible to stipulate as aforesaid provisions and such stipulation was made within the framework of the site and/or these regulations, whether expressly or implicitly.
The site management does its best to present the most complete and comprehensive information regarding the courses. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, inaccuracies and/or errors and/or omissions may appear on the site due to a bona fide mistake, and the site management will not bear any liability arising from such inaccuracies and/or errors.
The chapter titles are provided for the convenience and orientation of the customer and will not be used to interpret the regulations.
A typographical error in the description of a course(s) will not bind the site management.
You may not copy and use, or allow others to use, in any other way, the content from the site, including on other websites, in electronic publications,
in print publications, etc., for any other purpose.
Making an order on the site
In order to make an order for courses through the site, the orderer must fill out an online order form.
Any person (over the age of 12, and if he is a minor subject to the consent of his representative), including a company, may use the site and make orders through the site, subject, among other things, to being able to perform legally binding actions,
holding a valid credit card issued by one of the credit card companies (above and below: the “Orderer”).
The site management may from time to time require additional identification information in order to make an order.
Without derogating from the above, the site management may prevent any person from using the site, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without providing prior notice, including in any of the following cases:
- Performing an illegal act and/or violating the provisions of the law;
- Breaching any of the terms and conditions of these regulations;
- Deliberately providing incorrect information;
- Performing an action that may harm the proper operation of the site and/or any third party;
- The credit card in the possession of the customer has been blocked or restricted in any way.
Purchasing courses on the site
The purchase of courses will be made by adding courses to the shopping cart. After adding courses to the shopping cart, the customer will enter the details required to place the order in the online form designated for this purpose, as will be updated on the site from time to time in accordance with the sole discretion of the site management.
In order to complete the order, the customer will confirm the order details and the accuracy of the details he provided.
Filling in all the details required to purchase the courses by the customer will be considered to be placing an order (hereinafter: “the order”). Upon receipt of the order, a check of the payment method will be performed and only after payment confirmation will the order be considered approved.
The details as entered in the order form by the customer will constitute conclusive evidence of the correctness of the actions and the date of placing the order.
How to make payment for the order
Payment for the courses will be made via credit card, the bit application and any other legal payment method as may be available for use on the site, from time to time, at the discretion of the site management.
If the customer chooses to use a credit card to make the payment, the customer will be asked to provide the credit card details, ID card, card type and validity.
The site management reserves the right to discontinue the use of any payment method on the site, to allow the use of an additional payment method and to apply different payment arrangements to different types of credit cards or payment methods that the site management will respect.
After the payment details have been entered in the online order form, the customer will receive confirmation via e-mail that the order details have been received. It is clarified that this confirmation does not obligate the site management to provide the ordered courses and only indicates that the order details have been received by the site management.
Immediately after the order is placed, the site management will check the payment method used by the customer, an appropriate notification will be given to the customer that the order has been approved and the payment method will be charged for the cost of the ordered courses.
In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card company or any other payment method available at that time, the customer will receive an appropriate notification and the site management will contact the customer to complete the transaction or cancel it.
Approval of the purchase is subject to the availability of the courses (including due to minimum and maximum numbers of participants). If it is not specified that the course will not take place and the course is not downloaded from the site by the date of placing the order, the site management will not be obligated to hold it and will refund the customer any amount paid if it was paid to the site management and/or will cancel the charge if it was made for the purchase action.
It is clarified that there may be situations in which, although the course is presented on the site as available, it cannot actually be held and/or provided, in these cases the transaction will be canceled and the customer will not have any claim in this regard, subject to the refund of the amount paid by him.
If the customer was charged in error, the customer must notify the site management in order to make a credit accordingly.
Course Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to office@adres.bio
If cancellation is received five (5) days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made [5] days or fewer before the course start date or for no-shows.
Delivery
In the event that there is a need for physical delivery of the order, it will be delivered after confirmation of the transaction and payment, as detailed above, to the address that the customer entered and/or provided when placing the order in the online form.
